Jessica Lokeinsky
Jessica Lokeinsky received her law degree from Florida State University. Jessica is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. Jessica’s representation of the firm’s community association clients includes all phases of association legal representation including, but not limited to, attending association meetings, amendment drafting, contract review, responding to questions regarding association governing documents and the Florida statute, association lien foreclosures, evictions, injunction lawsuits, and rule enforcement.

Michelle Montekio
Michelle Montekio received her law degree from Nova Southeastern University and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2004. Ms. Montekio is in charge of the firm’s collections and lien foreclosures for the associations. Her representation of the firm’s community association clients also includes rule enforcement, injunction lawsuits and interpretation of association documents.

Brian D. Albaum

Brian D. Albaum received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University. Brian is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern District of Florida’s Federal and Bankruptcy Courts. Brian’s representation of the firm’s community association clients includes litigation, bankruptcy, association lien foreclosures, evictions, injunction lawsuits, and rule enforcement.

Steven M. Canter
Steven M. Canter received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University and became a member of the Florida Bar in 2002. Prior to joining Tucker & Lokeinsky, P.A., Steven practiced as a civil litigator throughout the State of Florida in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate court levels. He has extensive experience in civil litigation, creditors’ rights and consumer protection law and has represented businesses and individuals in litigation and arbitration. Steven is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. While practicing as a civil litigator, Steven has obtained favorable trial and appellate decisions as well as settlements benefiting his corporate and individual clients. Steve’s legal work for the firm’s community association clients includes general litigation and appeals, bank litigation, and complex association rule violations.

Morris C. Tucker
One of the founders of the firm, retired in 1997. During his 45 year career as a lawyer in Broward County, Florida, he held such important positions as City Attorney for the City of Oakland Park and City Attorney for the City of Wilton Manors. The firm is privileged to carry on its practice in the tradition of legal expertise and client service which he helped establish.
